Elkhart County Fair – A reader writes: “The Elkhart County Fair held annually in northern Indiana hosts over 300,000 people during its 9 day run. It is among the largest fairs in the country. North end of the grandstands, inside the first aid building. Simple yet useful nursing room with chairs and a changing table.”
